Mr. Parsky founded Aurora Capital in 1991, and currently serves as its chairman. Aurora currently manages over $2.0 billion of capital and has successfully acquired over 29 platform investments and over 150 add-on acquisitions with strong returns driven by operational improvements from a world-class group of professionals. Previously, Mr. Parsky was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs and was affiliated with the law firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
Mark Byrne

Former Founder / CEO of Basic Chemical Solutions (BCS) – Former President of Allied Signal’s Fluorine Products Division.
BCS was founded in 1995 and became a global chemical distributor with $900mm in sales. Sold to Univar in 2010, where Mr. Byrne served as COO. In addition, Mr. Byrne served as Executive Chairman of BCS and Chairman of the Univar Commodities Oversight Board. Prior to BCS, Mr. Byrne began his career in 1980 at Allied Signal (now Honeywell) where he held roles in several functional areas culminating as President of Allied Signal’s Fluorine Products division. Mr. Byrne is a member of the Board of Directors of Univar and sits on the Board of Managers of V Global Holdings.
Philip Smith

Philip joined Endurance in 2018. Prior to Endurance, Philip was a Director at Three Ocean Partners, a boutique Merchant Bank, where he was responsible for sourcing, analyzing and closing transactions across both the direct investment and M&A Platforms. Preceding that, Philip was with Catalus Capital Management, a multi-strategy private equity firm focused on special opportunities and growth oriented corporate buyouts where he focused on originating and executing new investments and monitoring portfolio investments, occupying multiple board and board observer seats across multiple industries.
Philip began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. where he held positions in Equity Strategy Research and Investment Management. Philip is a CFA charterholder and a graduate of Connecticut College in New London, CT.
Will De Groot

Will joined Endurance in January 2019 and is a Principal focused on sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio company support. Will has 13 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and real estate. Will was the founder of the dBV funds investing in Real Estate focused on assisted living. Will was also previously a Partner at a Boston based venture capital/growth equity firm, Boston Millennia Partners. Mr. de Groot holds a B.A. from La Salle University in Philadelphia and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
