The Endurance Executive Board consists of three experienced executives that advise on all matters of Endurance with a particular focus on advising on new transactions and serving the portfolio via the Endurance Governance Framework.

This formal post acquisition process, along with key board director roles for portfolio companies, will allow the Endurance Executive Board to maximize their impact on building long term value.

Larry Bossidy

Former Chairman / CEO of Honeywell and Allied Signal and Vice Chairman of GE. Retired from Honeywell in April 2000, is a Senior Advisor to RRE Ventures, a member of CapGen Financial Advisory Board and is a past member of the Aurora Capital Executive Board.

William Harrison

Former Chairman and CEO of JP Morgan Chase. Currently a director of Merck & Co. and is a past member of the Aurora Capital Executive Board.
